Objective: Drive brand affinity while announcing the start of an activity’s season.

Just like a ski resort announces the first day of operation where the lifts are running, the Whitewater Center needed to announce the first day of whitewater kayking with a bang. Through collaboration with filmmaker Tyler Allyn, internal staff and users of the Whitewater Center, we produced the short film, Whitewater Awakens. Drawing inspiration from surf film’s underwater perspectives, we focused on a unique water-level point of view that saw social media engagement spike with the film’s release.
